City of Racine, J. Jeffers & Co.’s Arabella at Belle City Square earns gold for adaptive reuse

The Arabella – a 60-unit multi-family housing development located on the south end of J. Jeffers & Co.’s Belle City Square – recently earned gold at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) 2021 Best in American Living awards.

According to the organization’s website, the NAHB represents the largest network of craftsmen, innovators, and problem-solvers dedicated to building and enriching communities.
