MOUNT PLEASANT, Wis. — Seda North America was recently awarded a “Great Place to Work” certification.
The prestigious certification by the global authority on workplace culture recognises Seda’s success in building an inclusive workplace that unlocks better team collaboration, improved innovation and increased financial performance. This is demonstrated by high scores for work environment as well as diversity and inclusion, with 71% of all employees describing Seda as a great place to work, compared with 57% in a typical US-based company.

Other key survey data show that 82% of employees consider the facilities contribute to a good working environment, 80% feel they can be themselves at work, 79% believe they make a difference at Seda and 79% rate the service they deliver as “excellent.”
