Condos, commercial space now available at new Waterford Lofts

Waterford, WI – Luxury condominium living and prime commercial real estate are now available in the heart of downtown Waterford. Construction is underway on the mixed-use Waterford Lofts, a 28,200 sq. ft. project at 506 E Main Street. The project is a partnership between the Village of Waterford, Wisconsin Redevelopment Group, and Milwaukee-based Selzer-Ornst Construction Company.

“When this site is complete, we anticipate somewhere between $17 and $22 million in investment,” Waterford Village Administrator Zeke Jackson said. The Mercury Development site is expected to eventually house a Dollar General, a Tezlaff Storage facility and Performance Marine of Burlington.
